I am currently completing my Master’s degree in counselling psychology at Yorkville University. I previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Concordia University in Montreal. I offer counselling in both English and French.
I work from a client-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed lens, offering a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your goals, needs, and experiences at your own pace. I believe counselling is a collaborative process, guided by empathy, authenticity, and respect.
I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), narrative therapy, and somatic approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs. I have experience working with vulnerable populations, including individuals impacted by substance use, trauma and legal issues, and I strive to provide compassionate, ethical, and inclusive care.
I am affiliated with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and practice as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) under the supervision of Ashley Andrew, Registered Social Worker.
