I am a clinical and counselling psychologist (licensed and registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario), completing my supervised practice year under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Bradford. I received my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Medaille University in New York, USA and have trained and worked in private practice and post-secondary settings. I have also held an academic appointment at the University of Guelph-Humber, where I taught undergraduate students in the Psychology department.

In my practice, I strive to build a meaningful connection between us in a gentle and caring way. I value diversity and the strength that it brings to the development of authentic relationships. I operate from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive framework that is LGBTQ2IA+ affirming. I practise integratively and am well versed in a number of therapy approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT-C), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion.

I look forward to working with you.
