I believe therapy should be a space of safety, non-judgement, support, and affirmation. I aim to collaborate with clients to navigate personal and systemic challenges, fostering resilience and self-discovery. My goal is to provide care that not only validates your unique story but also honours the complexities of your lived experience.

My work is guided by an anti-oppressive and social justice lens, with a particular sensitivity to the intersection of experiences related to neurodivergence, queerness, gender, and ethnicity. I use an integrative approach by drawing from different therapeutic modalities, including narrative therapy, dialectical-behavioural therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and various somatic approaches. My integrative approach allows me to offer personalized support that is welcoming and respectful to all.

I have previous experience working with individuals with various disabilities and with people experiencing grief and bereavement. I am under the supervision of Ashley Andrew, who is a Registered Social Worker. I am working towards the completion of my Master of Social Work (MSW) program at York University. I have a Bachelor of Social Work with Honours from Toronto Metropolitan University, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design from George Brown College.
